Admirr ("we," "our," "us") operates the Admirr mobile application, available on iOS. Our contact email is hello@admirr.app.
2. Information we collect
Account info: Name, date of birth (for age verification), email address, and profile photos you upload.
Bluetooth proximity data: Used only in real time to detect nearby users. Not stored after your session ends.
Usage data: App interactions, feature usage, crash reports. Used to improve the app.
Contact hashes: A one-way SHA-256 hash of your phone contacts (never the contacts themselves) is stored to power the auto-block safety feature.
3. What we do NOT collect
Exact GPS location or location history
Photos shared between users (photo sharing is disabled in chat)
Your actual phone contacts — only irreversible hashes

5. Data sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with service providers necessary to operate the app (Firebase, Stream Chat, RevenueCat) and as required by law.
6. Data retention
Your account data is retained while your account is active. You may request deletion at any time by emailing hello@admirr.app. We will delete your account and associated data within 30 days.
7. Security
We use industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest. No system is perfectly secure; we encourage you to use a strong, unique password.
8. Children
Admirr is not intended for anyone under 18. We verify age at signup and will promptly delete any account found to belong to a minor.
9. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal data. Contact us at hello@admirr.app to exercise these rights.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. Material changes will be communicated via the app or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
By using Admirr you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the app.
2. Eligibility
You must be 18 or older to use Admirr. By creating an account you represent that you are at least 18 years of age.
3. Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
Use Admirr for any illegal purpose
Harass, threaten, or harm other users
Post false information or impersonate others
Attempt to circumvent any safety feature
Use automated bots or scraping tools
5. Our products and services
Admirr is a proximity-based social and dating application. We offer a free tier and a paid subscription (Admirr Gold) priced at $9.99/month or $79.99/year, billed through the Apple App Store. Gold unlocks extended ping duration, profile boosts, priority visibility, Sparks currency, and exclusive themes.
6. Subscriptions and billing
Admirr Gold subscriptions are managed and billed by Apple through the App Store. By subscribing you agree to Apple's payment terms. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date in your App Store settings.
7. Intellectual property
All content, code, and branding in Admirr are owned by or licensed to us. You retain ownership of content you post, but grant us a license to use it to operate the service.
8. Disclaimers
Admirr is provided "as is." We make no warranties regarding uptime, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Admirr's liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time via the app or by emailing hello@admirr.app.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA.
Admirr Gold subscriptions are purchased through the Apple App Store. Apple handles all billing and refunds for App Store purchases.
How to cancel
You can cancel your Admirr Gold subscription at any time through your iPhone's App Store subscription settings:
Open Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions
Tap Admirr Gold → Cancel Subscription
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain Gold access until that date.
Refunds
Because subscriptions are processed by Apple, refund requests must be submitted to Apple directly at reportaproblem.apple.com. We cannot issue refunds for App Store purchases on Apple's behalf.
Free tier
The Admirr free tier has no charges and requires no cancellation.
